Safety is a conscious effort among the Somerset team, all staff are required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment provided for them. We do not commence work without a safe work method statement (SWMS) and the correct material safety data sheets (MSDS).
Somerset uses a two stage cleaning process for most building sites. We commence with a builders clean, removing all dirt and debris ready for caulking. A Final clean is then done to ensure your building is immaculate ready for handover to your client. This two stage process works especially well for the housing industry. For other contractual work a sign-off process is recommended, providing proof of cleaning for both builder and cleaner.
